From casual to formal, Rose Hill Conference Center offers guests a wide variety of menus prepared with casual elegance by our Executive Chef. Where you choose to dine is also up to you.

Smaller parties can savor meals brimming with Southern hospitality on our sun porch. The stately manor home can accommodate up to 60 guests surrounded by Old South comfort and furnishings. A formal dining room of the most exquisite fashion seats 14 guests. And, finally, our lovely, new Nathan Hall accommodates up to 450 people. Patio and poolside dining is also an option.

Sample Meal Options

• Time Saver Breakfast Buffet – scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese grits, garlic hash brown potatoes, assorted cereals with milk, fresh cut fruit, homemade biscuits, coffee & juice. 15-guest minimum.


• Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Luncheon – Pork tenderloin medallions stuffed with apple walnut dressing and laced with demi glace sauce. Served with garden salad, French style green beans, wild rice, rolls, and dessert.


• Shrimp & Scallop Fiesta Dinner – Fresh shrimp and scallops sautéed in olive oil, garlic, white wine and fresh tomatoes and served over a bed of buttery fettuccine noodles.


• 8 oz. Filet with Port Wine Sauce – tender and juicy filet of beef grilled to perfection.

BBQ Smokehouse
Pig pickins’ highlight many fun, casual events in eastern North Carolina. In honor of this beloved Southern tradition, we offer a charming, rustic BBQ Smokehouse for get-togethers. Its wooden walls and screened windows will transport you to the good old days while we slow cook your pig and the air is filled with the mouth-watering aroma.

Located just behind Nathan Hall, the smokehouse can accommodate up to 120 guests and can be decorated with almost any kind of festive theme. Call for complete menu options.

Poolside Dining
Our expansive poolside patio surrounds the sparkling waters of our uniquely shaped pool. Perfect for leisurely southern days, poolside dining allows guests to take in the estate’s beautifully landscaped grounds and fresh air while enjoying casual elegant culinary fare. Adjoining pool houses also give you the option to enjoy a swim before or after your meal. Guests may also make use of our poolside bar. Poolside dining can accommodate up to 125 people.
